Objective: As one of the largest inspection and testing companies in the Middle East with a fast-growing international footprint, our client wanted to give a complete state-of-the-art makeover to their testing laboratories that would facilitate efficient operations and accelerate productivity.
Our team of experts worked closely with the client to understand and execute their unique requirements for a cutting-edge laboratory with a contemporary furniture style.

Challenges: Despite facing a shorter timeframe, we were able to successfully deliver the project whilst maintaining all aspects of quality of the furniture.

Solution: Designed as a Heavy-Duty LabSpace, each lab is a harmonious blend of strength, precision and practicality. The heavy-duty labspace design features robust frames that are directly screwed into the floor along with attached cabinets that are securely mounted, providing an increased weight-bearing capacity.
These labspaces support advanced machinery and offer an optimized environment facilitating innovation and enhancing productivity. The heavy-duty furniture includes Worktops, Storage cabinets, TOF laboratory fittings, Polypropylene sinks and Constant Air Volume (CAV) Bypass fumehoods that are adaptable and ensure seamless operations.
The worktops were crafted using 16mm thick Trespa which stand out for its remarkable durability, flexibility and functionality. The cabinets were built using 18mm thick high-pressure melamine laminated boiled waterproof plywood that provides a longer lifespan and resistance to liquids and moisture.
